But the classes have begun.
A friend and I have signed up for a beginner's pottery class.
I missed the first lesson, being away at the retreat, but I think I caught up tonight.
Looks like the first project is a wind chime, made of pinch pots and rolled, impressed clay pieces.
So far it doesn't look like an ash-tray.
We might be doing a mask next week.
Or giving the wheel a try.
It seems pretty relaxed, which is nice.
Not a lot of pressure.
Imagination is encouraged.
Pottery could be addictive.
