Well- it's not that bad, and it's not exactly medicine... but the same principles apply here:
One hour (hopefully) of Babysitting Course means going out in the -30 windchill...
So, as with any nasty tasting physic, I'll go get it over with.
I'm going to go upstairs, and put on my boots, and put on my coat and zip it up all the way, and pull on the hood, and put on my gloves, then pull my coat sleeves down over my gloved hands...
and rip it off quickly... plug my nose and swallow fast... think happy thoughts... breathe deeply and relax...
And before I know it, I'll be there, and the class will be over, and I'll be home...
Just don't think about facing the West wind on the way back...
