Being the first day of the Easter Break,
I didn't get up until 10:30 this morning.
I read "House" by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker. All 372 pages of it.
I went to Vu's Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant for supper.
And that's about it.
Pretty good, for a vacation day.
Tomorrow I plan to get a Chicken Stew going in the slow cooker, and spend the rest of the day at the Art Center playing with clay.
Cheers!
What did you think of Vu's? Dixie and I are fans, though we haven't been in a while.
ReplyDeleteWe liked it. We had Vietnamese rice noodles with a spring roll and barbequed chicken, pork, beef and shrimp. We ordered "for 2", and it was plenty, and less than $15 for a supper out! I picked up the take out menu... so I'm sure we'll do it again!
ReplyDeleteYeah, their portions are HUGE! Dixie always suggests getting the dinner for two, but I'm so hooked on the vermicelli that I just can't do it.
