I've been thinking of doing it for years, but it's something I've never acted on.
And then this past weekend, friends from Winnipeg were visiting, and She said she'd done it awhile ago, and had absolutely no regrets.
So, yesterday I did it too.
I just
Went out and DID it.
I was at the Chiropractor, and asked him about it, and he said he swears by it.
And so,
On the way out,
I plunked down my debit card
And bought the molded neck support pillow.
It felt a little hard for the first 15 minutes or so,
BUT
I slept through until 6:30 this morning.
!
For the first time in over 2 weeks.
AND, even though I was sleeping on my back He says I wasn't snoring horribly all night.
It didn't feel like I was snoring very badly. The neck support must keep the airways open better than my other pillow.
Amazing.
This thing is going with me to Edmonton this week.
It could be the difference between a good week away and an AWESOME week away.
ahhhhh
So disappointed ! Until about line 9 I thought you meant you'd gone out and got a tattoo (but maybe that says more about me than you !)
ReplyDeleteBut I'm happy for you and your pillow, sleep well together this week.
I've been sleeping with my nursing pillow for the past several months. My neck used to be sore every morning and I could never get comfortable at night. But that pillow changed everything.
ReplyDeleteToo bad it has teddy bears on it.
Maybe I should go out and buy the "grown-up" version you have.
Happy holidays!!
I have been sleeping on a contoured foam pillow for a couple of years now. It was just a cheapy from Costco, but I have significantly fewer kinked up neck days when I wake up than I used to with a regular pillow. I always make sure to take it with me when we travel. Best $25 I ever spent!
