I found the secret stash...
Right where I left it, in a clear plastic container on a shelf in the closet of the sewing room.
The shelf that's at eye level (for me).
In the closet that holds the slow cooker that I've used at least three times since I put the candy away.
Mmhmm.
Practically in plain view.
Mystery solved.
Spectacles being cleaned.
Sometimes the hardest things to find are right in front of your face! I have done similar things many many times :)
