Children Who Throw Sticky Blue Rubber Frogs On The Ceiling

Which drop down three days later to scare the crap out of their mothers who have forgotten that blue rubber frogs were stuck to the ceiling

Should NOT be permitted to sleep in.

I'm just saying.

    Do they have to be blue? Isn't that discriminating against the other colour frogs?
