Coming Along Quite Nicely

I trundled off to the Doctor's office again today. He wanted to check my incision a week after he removed the staples.

It all looks good he said.

I can expect to be a little stiff and sore for a few more weeks yet, but that's what I thought.

My stripe is healing well, and in spite of the sneezing I haven't given myself any hernias. (He made me cough while he felt my abdominal muscles...!)

So, I'll try to continue to take it easy.

I'm being good, so far.
