Getting Funky

It's a cold, gray, rainy day today.

I'd say it's a blue day, if it weren't so gray...

Completely unmotivated.

Not even enough ambition to go along to town with Himself.

Pathetic.

It's been a much quieter week as far as meetings and deadlines go. We got Micah out to camp, where he'll be until  the middle of August. I think he'll have a week and a half to take his driving exam and get himself ready for the start of school.

Maybe I should go put on one of the birthday movies that came from the Disney Movie Club yesterday. I still had a chunk of designated gift money, so when the DMC had a "buy one at regular club price and get half off all additional movies, plus free shipping" I ordered a few that I've had my eye on and/or been seeking for a long time. Last night we watched "O Brother Where Art Thou" (LOVED it again). "The Incredibles" and "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes" are in line for a viewing with The Mister. I bought the two original Shaggy movies as well- "The Shaggy Dog" and "The Shaggy D.A."... maybe one of those while I make some cookies to take out to camp next weekend.

I wonder if I need to mix up a loaf of multi-grain bread yet? The last third of the existing loaf will do for a couple of days, but tomorrow might be hot again, and who's to say I'll want to bake bread on Sunday or Randall's day off on Monday?

Which reminds me...

...text him and add whole wheat flour to the Safeway list...
