I live in a Parsonage/Rectory/ Manse in a field, beside a 120 year old church with my 50-Something aged Pastor Husband, and keep tabs on my 4 adult children, and their spouses and children from the comfort of my cozy chair with a large cup of tea by the gas fire.
Realizing that this space has become more of "my life in Haiku" than anything else, I may or may not endeavor to get a little more creative with the words in my head. You're welcome to come along for the ride. Or to just enjoy the haiku. We'll see where I end up.
